Canvey Rotary 10k
Sunday morning saw 132 runners of all abilities take part in the Canvey Rotary 10k.
First 3 male finishers:
1st: Adam Hickey 32:09 (Southend AC)
2nd: Crispian Bloomfield 34:03 (Billericay Striders)
3rd: Jack Fitsall 36:46 (Basildon)
First 3 female finishers:
1st: Kerry Holland 38:32 (Southend AC)
2nd: Sarah Jeffery 42:04 (Southend AC)

Sterling takes title at Langham 10k
Scott Sterling made a successful return to racing with a win in Sunday's Langham 10k.
